Kundalini Meditation

Kundalini meditation contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus. This is best done at sunset or in the late afternoon. It will become a physical exercise.

Instructions: The meditation is on hour long with four stages -

  • In first stage loose and shake your whole body. Feel the energy from up to your feet. Your eyes may be open or closed.
  • In second stage let the whole body move as it wishes.
  • In third stage Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing, observation, witnessing, whatever is happening inside and out.
  • In fourth stage keep your eyes closed, lie down and be still.
