Nataraj Meditation

Dance as meditation- disappear into the dance. Forget the dancer, the center of the ego become the dance. That is the meditation. Forget everything while dancing. Dance is good in itself-as for as it is good.

Instruction- the meditation has three stages, lasting a total of 65 minutes

  • In first stage close your eyes, dance as if possessed. Don’t control yourself. Just be totally in the dance.
  • keeping your eyes closed. Lie down and be silent and still.
  • Dance in celebration and enjoy.
