What is What is Self healing?

           Self healing- if we really desire to lead a healthy life we have to start a self healing process. You can  hold all the power, wisdom and knowledge you need to heal your body, mind and soul no matter what you are going through or experiencing. Self healing generated more power is to repair or reconstracted whole bodies, but the body is naturally a self-healing mechanism. It is constantly maintaining and restoring itself. 

            Self- healing may also be achieved through deliberately applied psychological mechanisms. These approaches may improve the psychological and physical conditions of a person. Research confirms that this can be achieved through numerous mechanisms, including relaxation, breathing exercise, fitness exercises, imagery, meditation, Yoga and various forms of psychotherapy, among other approaches.


              All living beings, including humans are energy systems and that an individual’s energy field is in constant interplay with the surrounding environment. First the  healer connect  with 'Universal' or Divine energy to channel healing for the mind, body and spirit. Healer not transfer him or herself energy. Healer’s whole body working as a healing instrument. He is transfer  'Universal' or Divine energy to patient.
